A number of Exmouth residents have won £1,000 each in the People's Post Code Lottery it has been announced today.

People's Postcode Lottery players in the EX8 3AS postcode area have each scooped a £1,000 prize in the lottery's Daily Prize Draw.

The winners in Exmouth are thought to be from the Belle Vue Road/Carter Avenue area of the town.

It is not clear how many Exmouth winners there were today but they share their success with winners in Mintlaw, Sutton Coldfield, Newhall, Barnet, Glasgow, Lossiemouth, Penrhyn Bay, Urmston, South Shields, Norwich, Gorleston-on-Sea, North Ballachulish, Preston, Euxton, Crofty, Duffryn Rhondda, Pimlico, Shrewsbury and Liversedge.
