Exmouth Stroke Survivors Club is growing. Steve, the chairman, says he is not surprised this is happening. There were two clubs in Exmouth who supported survivors of strokes but one had to close.

Rates of stroke-related issues has risen because some people get left to their own devices. Clubs like ours do help people with survivors' needs, e.g. benefits housing and appointments.

We have seen an increase in stroke survivors contacting us.

The club has swimming sessions on Tuesdays 12pm-1pm and the club members meet on Wednesdays from 10.30am-12.30pm. We have music, art, seated exercise, trips, gym, cooling holidays. Come and join us.
