Exmouth Town FC is set to wear yellow and blue for the rest of this season in solidarity with Ukraine.

It comes amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which has led to more than half a million people fleeing the country, according to the UN. Russia is currently attacking key cities including Kharkiv at the time of writing.

The Ukrainian flag is made up of one blue and one yellow bar. The Exmouth football club's change kit is yellow and blue, and the club has therefore decided to use it in all of its matches for the remainder of this season to show its support.

A spokesperson for the club said: "Our change kit is yellow and blue and the first team squad and management has decided that we will use this kit in all matches home and away for the rest of the season as a mark of solidarity for Ukraine.

"We may not be Barcelona or Man Utd or Formula One but we do have a voice."
