Exmouth's Tri-Hards are launching a new Tri-Juniors Running Club, for younger members of the Exmouth community.

The new junior running club will start in March and will be run by fully qualified England Athletics Run Leaders.

It is open to children aged 12 and over and includes regular training nights and off road trail running.

There will also monthly events and a variety of workshops on subjects such as nutrition and fitness.

All abilities are welcome but spaces are limited.
