An art gallery has asked for volunteers to help at an upcoming climate art exhibition at Ocean this summer.

The Thelma Hulbert Gallery, based in Honiton, is hosting an exhibition at Ocean in Exmouth entitled 'Land/Sea', for which photographic artist Mike Perry has collected and photographed objects that have washed up on beaches to help people consider the 'environmental impact of consumerism and the erosive power of nature'.

The exhibition will begin at Ocean on 8 June and end on 14 August, and is part of a wider programme of events run by East Devon District Council.

Volunteers are asked to one morning or afternoon shift, either on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Morning shift times will be from 9.45am to 1.30pm, and afternoon shifts from 1.30pm to 5pm.

The exhibition opens 10am-5pm Monday to Sunday.

No experience is necessary as core training will be provided.

If you would like to volunteer, click here to access the role description and application form.
