Exmouth: Weather warning issued

A yellow weather warning for wind has been issued by the Met Office as of 3pm today until 9pm tomorrow (Friday 21 May).

Winds gusting up to 49mph are forecast for Exmouth today.

Tomorrow, similar gusts of up to 43mph can be expected.

According to the Met Office, the wind could cause travel delays and damage to outdoor structures.

Coastal communities such as Exmouth should beware of large waves and spray.

The yellow warning applies to the entire South of England, from London to Penzance, as well as South Wales and even the island of Anglesey.
