After a week of seemingly non-stop rain, the forecast for this weekend is only a slight improvement.

Saturday will see scattered showers and sunny spells, together with a brisk coastal wind gusting up to 25mph.

Heavier showers are forecast for Sunday from midday, with a risk of thunder.

By Monday, the rain should let up, but there will still be light showers and strong winds.
