Firefighters from Exmouth were sent to an early morning shed fire in the town this weekend.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service sent one fire crew from Exmouth to tackle the fire in Greenpark Road at 5am on Saturday, August 31.

Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire but the shed and some nearby fencing was severely damaged.

The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
