Housing Lead – Exmouth

Take the lead in securing improved housing provision and housing funding as well as developing and implementing strategies to tackle social inclusion issues

Ensure that all customers receive housing services appropriate to their needs; provide service improvements and value for money through the delivery of direct and commissioned services;

Support the development and implementation of social value and localism projects through collaborative relationships with our partners, town and parish councils, communities and contractors who have a key influence on the ability to deliver services;

Play an active role in the developing of the Housing Company;

-Represent the Client on outside bodies;

-Provide strong leadership for all the teams in the Housing Service and be directly responsible for achieving high levels of staff engagement;

-Be accountable for the overall performance and improvement of teams within their area of responsibility and ensure a step change in performance using systems thinking principles and a learning culture;

-Provide effective service and improvement plans and monitor the performance of teams and services in the delivery of those plans.

-This means ensuring that performance measures and clear data are available to evidence efficient services and delivery of 'what matters' to our customers;

-Maintain and improve the capacity of the service by ensuring the most effective and flexible use of available resources.

Registered Nurse – Exmouth

The Client is a family run nursing home who provide the highest quality care to older people and those with associated conditions. Their home is furnished and equipped to the highest standards to meet the specific needs of all our residents. Due to their focus on delivering the highest standard of care they are now seeking a further Registered Nurse of the highest standard to further enhance their care.

For this Registered Nurse position, you will need to be an excellent qualified nurse and experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential as full support is given. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company's and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident's care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan. The role of Registered Nurse includes delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct Nursing care whilst effectively leading, and supervising a multidisciplinary team. With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives and colleagues.

Foster Carer – Exmouth
