Lifeguard coverage of Exmouth Beach has come to an end for 2019.

At the beginning of this week lifeguard coverage of Exmouth, Teignmouth, Dawlish Warren and Sandy Bay came to an end for the 2019 summer season.

This means there will be no flags denoting the safe areas to bath at Exmouth Beach or any of the other beaches covered by RNLI Lifeguards South and East Devon.

In an emergency beach users are asked to dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
