NCI Exmouth has thanked people who donated on their collection day at Tesco on Salterton Road on Saturday (5 August).

The volunteer coastwatch service is part of the National Coastwatch Institution, and its trained volunteers keep watch every day of the year on Exmouth seafront.

An NCI Exmouth spokesperson said: "National Coastwatch Exmouth were made very welcome at Tesco in Salterton Road, Exmouth for their collection day on Saturday (5 August).

"Our volunteer watchkeepers Siobhan Dobbs, Zan Nye and Marion Ricketts along with other volunteers, helped at the collection and they would like to thank the people of Exmouth for their generosity in the support of this fundraising event."
