Road closed, oil spill after two-vehicle crash on Claremont Grove in Exmouth

A two-vehicle crash took place on Claremont Grove in Exmouth on Saturday (2 July).

The collision was reported to police at around 12.10pm.

The crash is believed to have caused minor injuries to the individuals involved. There was also an oil spill, and the road was closed for vehicle recovery.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "This was reported around 12.10pm – collision in Claremont Grove involving two vehicles. Believed to be minor injuries.

"Road was closed for recovery to take place and scene left with [National] Highways due an oil spill."
