East Devon District Council can take away your excess garden waste for just £48/year.

There's no longer any need to go on a trip to the recycling centre - you can just have it picked up kerbside.

As many as 15,500 people now use the service.

EDDC said: "All the green waste we collect from households is composted in East Devon and used as a natural soil conditioner by East Devon farms; part of our local green economy."
