Exmouth Town FC is now in first place just ahead of two other local teams in the premier division of the Toolstation Western Football League.
It comes after it drew 2-2 against Street on Saturday 19 March.
The club now has 60 points. Tavistock and Mousehole also have 60 points, but thanks to Exmouth's higher goal difference it has topped the league.
Exmouth Town FC also held a bucket collection for Ukraine on the day, raising over £300.
A spokesperson for the club said: "Exmouth Town drew 2-2 against Street ... not the result they wanted but moved to top of the [Toolstation] Western League.
"A crowd of 312 saw Town struggle against a motivated Street side.
"Town were one [goal] down and a Levi Landracombe finish pulled it back to 1-1 at half-time.
"The second half was another struggle with Street taking a 2-1 lead. It fell to Town Skipper Max Gillard to pull it back to 2-2.
"Town just couldn't get the 3 points as the Street keeper made a few great saves towards the end of the game."
Exmouth Town FC will play Saltash in the league cup this Wednesday 23 March, and then play Mousehole FC this Saturday 26 March.
