Final score: Paulton Rovers 1-0 Exmouth Town FC

Saturday saw Exmouth Town FC visit a very wet and windy Paulton Rovers who were chasing their fourth win on the bounce.

Town boss Kevin Hill rang the changes due to a couple of injuries and unavailabilities.

The first half was a one-sided affair with Town's defence battling to keep Paulton out and Town nearly snatched the lead with a Arron Denny effort.

The second half was much the same and it wasn't a surprise when they scored the only goal of the game in the 77th minute.

Town nearly snatch a point in the last minute when sub Jordan Casey was put through on goal but missed the target.

Paulton deserved the win, but it was a committed display by Town.

Town now face Larkhall Athletic next Saturday kickoff 3pm at home.
