This will be a temporary to permanent role

Resourcing Group is working with a national maintenance contractor who are expanding their direct work force due to an additional contract being awarded some additional works.

They manage a large planned maintenance contract, refurbishing kitchens in occupied homes on behalf of their end clients, which are predominantly Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

The company would like to appoint 4 additional skilled trade people, with the ability to rip out existing kitchens and replace them in their entirety. The works will include carpentry, patch repair, very basic plumbing (eg installing appliances), basic tiling and all aspects of finishing. All flooring, gas and electrical works are picked up by specialist qualified people and do not form part of the role.

These are permanent opportunities, available to start immediately. This contractor appoints people for 12 weeks, payrolled via ourselves, the agency and then takes on permanently from the 13th week.
