Resourcing Group is working with a national maintenance contractor who are expanding their direct work force due to now self delivering the electrical aspect of their contract.

They manage a large repairs and maintenance contract, which includes carrying out reactive day to day repairs in peoples homes as well as completing refurbments eg kitchens and bathroom upgreades, in void homes. Their end client is a a public sector landlord, so this will involve working in council owned homes.

The company would like to appoint a qualified and experienced domestically bias Electrician. This will be working on a kitchen refurbishment programme in East Devon.

Essential:

• City and Guilds or NVQ and AM2
• 18th edition
• 2391
• Full UK driving License
• Asbestos awareness - we can support you with this if you do not have an in date version

This is a permanent role, available to start in January 2024.
