The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced and previously Registered Manager with a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.As Care Home Manager / Registered Manager you will oversee all day to day aspects of the service, ensure compliance, manage the care team, complete audits, pre inspection reports, market the home and work with the regional manager to increase profit annually.
