Fire engines from Exmouth and Middlemoor responded to a report of a chip pan fire in a domestic property yesterday (Thursday 12 August) just before 7.45pm.

One adult had suffered from smoke inhalation, so the fire crews gave him oxygen until an ambulance arrived.
